Reducers Eccentric
We use premium grade rubber, silicone, viton, alloys, buna-Nm EPDM, PTFE to manufacture qualitative reducers eccentric. Also known as bell reducers, our finished products consist of two female (inside) threads of different sizes. The centers are so designed that when they are joined, the two pieces of pipe are not in line with each other, but they can be installed so as to provide optimum drainage of the line. Moreover, availability of different sizes ensures simple connection of different sized pipes.
These are installed with straight side up to prevent trapping air at the pump suction. Usage of reducers eccentric eliminates noise and isolates vibration in the pipeline, reduces stress, eliminates electrolysis and protects against start-up surges. So the reducer eccentrics are used as pipe reducers flexible connectors and vibration eliminators.

Reducers Concentric
We offer wide range of concentric reducers that allows both the inlet and outlet ends to align to a common center line. These are used to properly reduce into and out of circulating pumps. Our reducers concentric are specifically designed that saves installation space and thus reduces cost. They frequently trap air when used at the suction of the pump.
As per the requirements of clients, we manufacture concentric reducers in various alloys, schedules, sizes and flange configurations. They are used in various industries like oil, gas, petrochemical and others.

Elbow Pipe Fittings
We offer a wide range of elbow pipe fittings. Our range of elbow pipe fittings are fabricated as per customer requirement and are available at market competitive price.
Specifications:- Also called "90 bends or 90 ells"
- Manufactured as SR (Short Radius) elbows and LR (Long Radius) elbows.SR (Short Radius) elbows have a Center-to-Face dimension of 1.0 X diameter and are typically used in tight areas where clearances are an issue. LR (Long Radius) elbows have a Center-to-Face dimension of 1.5 X diameter and are the more common type and used when space is available and flow is more critical.
- Elbows are manufactured with standard 90 degree and 45 degree. How ever we can also make elbows with any other non standard angle. Most regular sizes of the elbows are upto 36 inch Nominal Bore.Thickness range from 3 mm upto 16 mm. Apart from standard Long Radius and Short radius, we also make large size bends like 5D (5xNominal Diameter) Bends.
Dimensional Standards:- Elbow are made in accordance with ASME B16.9 and B16.25
- The elbows are made from different material of construction such as Carbon steel, Stainless Steel and alloy steel. Generally the material of construction is as per ASTM standards, but we also make elbows from other materials as per the special requirement of the customers.
We also make Mittered Bend for extra large sizes.

Cap Pipe Fittings
Cap pipe fittings are a fitting with a female (inside) thread. Cap pipe fittings are used like a plug, except in the pipe cap. For providing connection point, these must be fitted several inches behind the pipe. We manufacture cape pipe fittings from aluminum, delrin, ethyl vinyl acetate, monel, nylon, polyetheretherketon (PEEK), polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), silicrub styrene butadiene and steel stainless steel. Moreover, as per the requirements of clients, we manufacture cap pipe fittings of difernt sizes and shapes like round, square, rectangular, "U" shape, "I" shaped with round hand grip or flat hand grip.
